Please read the booking rules below carefully. Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all other subjects mentioned in it.

BOOKING

CANCELLATION POLICY

It is possible to send an availability request from our website or via email and wait for our response. Alternatively, you can make an online reservation following the instructions available on our website www.martilenkos.com. Following the request, you will receive an offer (non-binding). The reservation is considered confirmed only after our written communication stating the total price of the stay and after the payment of the deposit (50% of the total amount), to be made within 48h of our confirmation. If payment is not made within the specified time, the reservation will be automatically canceled (unless otherwise agreed).

The reservation becomes binding for Casa Martilenkos only when the confirming deposit is credited to the bank account if paid by bank transfer or by credit card.

Casa Martilenkos will send the customer a final confirmation email or a summary voucher to be presented at check-in. Confirming the reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the data in the confirmation and to inform us as soon as possible of any anomalies. The communication must be received within 4 days of receipt. After this deadline, we decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies.
Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person (including minors).
To make changes to the reservation, it is necessary to contact the reception staff, who will do their best to accommodate the request. However, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of such a request. In the event of a change in the reservation to a period with a higher price than the amount paid, the customer is required to pay the difference.


Any reservation cancellation must be communicated in writing.

CANCELLATION OF STAYS WITH STANDARD RATE (30% deposit at the time of booking)

We understand that even the most anticipated plans can change. For your peace of mind, we offer complimentary cancellation up to 14 days prior to your arrival. Should you need to cancel between 14 days and 48 hours before your stay, a fee equal to one night will apply. For any cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, the full amount of your reservation will be non-refundable. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

CANCELLATION OF STAYS WITH “NON-REFUNDABLE” RATE

The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking, and there are no refunds or returns in case of modification, cancellation, or no-show.

No refund is due in case of early departure.

NO-SHOW (NON-PRESENTATION)

In case of non-presentation, the paid deposit will be retained, and Casa Martilenkos reserves the right to charge the total amount due.

PAYMENT

Accepted methods of payment: bank transfer (in advance of the arrival date),credit card, and cash.


FORCE MAJEURE

The management declines all responsibility for disruptions due to failed supplies, accidental equipment failures, or other force majeure. We decline all responsibility for damages caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, illnesses, and thefts.
